DUSHANBE, November 4, 2009, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon yesterday sent a telegram of congratulations to Afghan President Hamid Karzai on his reelection, according to presidential press service.
In his message, President Rahmon noted that Tajikistan has always come out for peace and national accord in Afghanistan.
Tajik leader wished health and success to his Afghan counterpart and peace and wellbeing to the Afghan people.
