DUSHANBE, February 22, 2014, Asia-Plus – New staff changes have been introduced to the Tajik government.
By decree issued by President Emomali Rahmon, who is also Head of the Government, on February 21 deputy ministers of agriculture and economy as well as deputy head of the state committee on investments and state-owned property management have been replaced.
Mr. Davlatali Hotamov, formerly Director of Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection, was appointed First Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
Ms. Gulrou Qayumova, who had previously served as Deputy Mayor of Isfara (Sughd province), was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
Mr. Lochin Fayzulloyev, formerly Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest). Lochin Fayzulloyev is son of the ex-Minister of Health Nusratullo Fayzulloyev.
Besides, Mr. Grez Qosimov was appointed First Deputy Director of the Public Service Agency under the President of Tajikistan, Ms. Bbiosiya Ghulomova was appointed Deputy Director of the Public Service Agency under the President of Tajikistan, and Ruslan Shodikov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan.
