The Asian Development Bank (ADB), in partnership with the Tajikistan government, will hold a Business Opportunities Seminar in Dushanbe on October 16–17, 2025.  The ADB Tajikistan resident Mission (TJRM) says the hybrid event will connect businesses with opportunities in ADB-financed projects.  The seminar will be held in tandem with the Dushanbe International Investment Forum 2025.

Participants will learn about ADB’s strategic priorities, including private sector development, upcoming projects, procurement procedures, bidding best practices, and anti-corruption policy. The seminar targets consultants, contractors, suppliers, and civil society representatives interested in contributing to Tajikistan’s development.

Registration is open for both in-person (limited to 120 participants) and unlimited virtual attendance.  Early registration is encouraged.

Tajikistan joined ADB in 1998. For 27 years, ADB has supported a wide range of essential sectors for a total of over $2.7 billion in assistance, including over $2.2 billion in grants.  ADB’s partnership has delivered tangible results to the people of Tajikistan—from upgrading critical transport links such as the Obigarm–Nourobod, Dushanbe–Bokhtar, Ayni–Panjakent, Dushanbe–Tursunzoda, Vose–Khovaling roads, to modernizing key irrigation and water supply systems and building hospitals and schools.
