The EU-Uzbekistan media seminar "Liberalization of mass media: important component of society democratization" despite difficulties will be held in Tashkent on October 2-3.
According to plans of media seminar organizers from the European Commission and the Government of Uzbekistan, 30 people will participate in the event. It is clear that representatives of human rights groups like Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Open Society Institute, and others will participate in the seminar.
