In a report delivered at the High-Level International Conference on “International and Regional Border Security and Management Cooperation to Counter Terrorism and Prevent the Movement of Terrorists" in Dushanbe, Tajik Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzoda revealed on October 19 that current Afghan authorities have issued more than 3,000 passports to members of terrorist organizations, TASS reports.
“More than3,000 passports of citizen of Afghanistan have been issued to members of terrorist organizations that once again confirms the danger of this regime,” Rahimzoda said.
According to him, “the trend of military-political escalation in Afghanistan poses a direct threat not only to the countries of Central Asia, but also on a larger scale.”
“Afghan issues should be in the focus of constant attention,” Tajik interior minister added.
